THSA Seeks Public Comment on State-Level Trust
Agreement
The Texas Health Services Authority (THSA), through its Privacy
and Security Task Force and Collaboration Council, developed a
Texas Health Information Exchange Network (THIEN) Agreement.
The THIEN is an agreement between the THSA, local HIEs, and
state agencies to support exchange of health information
between HIEs and between HIEs and state agencies in Texas.

30. If you are recommending a change to the
THIEN, please include revised language and a justification for the
recommended change.
