THSA Seeks Additional Public Comment on State-Level
Trust Agreement
The Texas Health Services Authority (THSA), through its Privacy
and Security Task Force and Collaboration Council, developed a HIE
Texas Agreement (previously titled Texas Health Information
Exchange Network Agreement). The HIE Texas Agreement is an
agreement between the THSA,local HIEs, and state agencies
to support exchange of health information between HIEs and
between HIEs and state agencies in Texas.
A revised draft version of the agreement, which includes the
changes from the initial round of comment in 2011, is available
here.
Substantive changes are highlighted in tracked changes for your
convenience.
The THSA will only accept comments that are submitted using the
required Comment
