THSA Announces Approval of Business and Operational Plan for the Paso del Norte HIE

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission and THSA approved
the Business and Operational (B&O) Plan for the Paso del Norte
HIE (PdN HIE). PdN HIE's B&O Plan addresses the major
components of the HIE's operations, including governance, HIE
technical specifications, HIE core services, and approach to
sustainability. The Plan also provides details on PdN HIE's
implementation approach and implementation timeline.
