THSA Announces Approval of Business and Operational Plan
for Integrated Care Collaboration
The Business and Operational (B&O) Plan for the Integrated
Care Collaboration (ICC) has been approved by the Texas Health and
Human Services Commission and THSA. ICC's B&O Plan
addresses the major components of the HIE's operations, including
governance, HIE technical model, HIE core services, and approach to
sustainability. The Plan also provides details on ICC's
technology capabilities, implementation approach, and
implementation timeline.
